01Lawful and responsible use
Use NexaHop only where permitted by the laws that apply to you and the destination service. Respect the rights of others, network security, and platform rules. The service is not a tool for avoiding legal obligations.
02Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Do not engage in fraud, theft, extortion, money laundering, human exploitation, illegal gambling, prohibited-goods transactions, or assistance to any unlawful activity.
- Do not create, obtain, or distribute content that is unlawful or harms the safety of minors.
- Do not impersonate others, falsify identity, manipulate payments, abuse chargebacks, or evade trial and promotion rules.
03Network attacks and malware
- Unauthorized scanning, intrusion, exploitation, credential stuffing, brute force, DDoS, botnets, and command infrastructure are prohibited.
- Do not distribute malware, phishing pages, ransomware, credential stealers, or malicious payloads designed to bypass security controls.
- Do not interfere with nodes, subscriptions, DNS, payments, email, monitoring, or other users.
04Spam and platform abuse
- Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, instant messages, comments, registrations, scraping, or automated posting are prohibited.
- Do not manipulate ad clicks, conversions, bot traffic, rankings, votes, rewards, or third-party platform metrics.
- Automation requires authorization from the target system and compliance with its rate limits, interfaces, and terms.
05Intellectual property and content responsibility
Do not use the service to infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You remain responsible for content you access, upload, transmit, or publish. We may restrict an account and preserve necessary evidence after a valid rights notice.
06Accounts, subscriptions, and resale
- Do not publicly share, sell, rent, or distribute a personal subscription URL in bulk.
- Do not bypass device, traffic, speed, node-permission, or concurrent-use limits.
- Without written NexaHop approval, do not repackage a retail plan as an agency, public gateway, open proxy, or commercial resale service.
07Fair use and resource protection
Sustained bandwidth saturation, extreme concurrency, open proxies, port forwarding, server hosting, mining, or use that materially harms other users on a shared node may be rate-limited or restricted. A plan ceiling is not permission to disrupt shared network operations.
08Regional restrictions and third-party rules
You are responsible for cross-border data rules, export controls, sanctions, content licenses, and destination-platform terms. NexaHop may restrict a region, port, protocol, domain, or use to comply with law or provider requirements.
09Detection and enforcement
We investigate misuse using service logs, abnormal usage, security signals, complaints, and legal notices. Depending on severity, action may include a warning, rate limit, node isolation, subscription reset, suspension, termination, refund denial, or a legally required report. Urgent risk may be addressed before notice.
10Reporting abuse and appeals
Report suspected abuse to email@nexahop.com with the relevant time, target, evidence, and contact information. A restricted account may appeal through a ticket. Do not submit duplicates or harass support personnel.
