01Acceptance
By registering, claiming a trial, paying, or using NexaHop, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Do not continue if you do not agree.
If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
02Eligibility and accounts
- You must have the age and legal capacity required to contract and must comply with laws that apply where you use the service.
- Registration information must be accurate, valid, and kept current. An account may be used only by properly authorized people.
- You are responsible for protecting passwords, email access, subscription URLs, and devices. Reset exposed credentials and contact support immediately after suspected unauthorized use.
- Accounts may not be sold, impersonated, mass-registered, or controlled through unauthorized automation.
03What the service provides
NexaHop provides tiered global connectivity, subscription delivery, node status, setup documentation, and ticket support. Actual nodes, protocols, regions, speeds, and device counts are determined by checkout disclosures, account permissions, and live service status.
Performance depends on your location, carrier, device, third-party routes, and current load. A listed speed is a plan ceiling, not a promise that the ceiling will be reached at every moment.
04Plans, periods, and changes
A plan period starts when the order is successfully activated. Traffic, device, node, validity, and reset entitlements follow what was shown at purchase. Upgrading, renewing, or changing plans may alter remaining time, traffic, or node access; review the checkout details before confirming.
An order does not renew solely because it expires unless checkout clearly labels it as recurring. Verify the plan and billing period before payment.
05Pricing and payment
CNY is normally displayed in Chinese-language contexts and USD in non-Chinese contexts. The checkout and payment provider control the final amount, currency, fee, and conversion information.
An order activates only after the payment provider reports success and the system completes idempotent verification. Duplicate callbacks do not produce duplicate credit; unusual orders may require manual review.
06New-user trial
An eligible new user may receive one 24-hour trial. Each device may claim once, subject to IP, network, account, and risk limits. A trial is not cash, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and cannot be claimed repeatedly.
The system may reject or revoke trials obtained through bulk registration, false information, device resets, proxy evasion, or other attempts to bypass eligibility controls.
07Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and follow the separate Acceptable Use Policy. Attacks, intrusion, malware, spam, fraud, infringement, harassment, evasion of legal restrictions, and conduct that harms the network or other users are prohibited.
You are responsible for activity originating from your account or devices. Do not resell the service, publicly share subscriptions, or deliberately create abnormal resource use.
08Availability and third-party software
We take reasonable measures to operate the service and resilient subscription delivery, but maintenance, attacks, upstream failures, regulation, natural events, and uncontrollable network changes may interrupt access. Emergency work may occur without advance notice.
Recommended client and payment apps may be supplied by third parties. NexaHop does not control their updates, store availability, permissions, or privacy practices. Install only from trusted sources and review their terms.
09Restriction, suspension, and termination
We may restrict nodes, suspend an account, refuse renewal, or terminate service for nonpayment, account risk, exceeded entitlements, policy violations, attacks, or legal requirements. Urgent security action may occur before notice.
You may stop using the service. Refund eligibility is determined under the Refund Policy; closing an account does not create an automatic refund.
10Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as available. NexaHop is not responsible for losses caused by user devices, third-party apps, carriers, external content, or unlawful user conduct.
For direct loss attributable to NexaHop, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event. This does not limit consumer rights, personal-injury liability, or intentional or grossly negligent conduct where the law prohibits such a limit.
11Updates, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as features, risks, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced on the website, in the account, or by email. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
For a dispute, first open a ticket with the account, order number, and relevant facts so both sides can attempt a good-faith resolution. The formal contact email is email@nexahop.com.
